| This online store is a sham. They take your money and refuse to refund, even if it is their mistake. I bought an embroidery machine that did not work. I was talked to like I was stupid and they will not take it back...The owner/tech that emailed me also spoke to me like I was a child...NEVER will I give these people my hard earned money again... If you decide to buy from them...PLEASE read their refund policies from top to bottom... If you send something back to them, you will get store credit...if they choose to take it back...less 15% of your purchase for a restocking fee...Can you tell me why they would charge a restocking fee for something that is broken???? I am a single mom and support my family with my embroidery work...This has been a horrible experience from beginning to end for me and my finances. |
