| I received 3 defective blinds(wouldn't stay up) 3 replacementes were sent, but also defective. They told me they'd send a box to return blinds but never did. Returned them on my own. I tried for 3 mos to get a credit & only got it when I protested the charge with VISA and VISA credited me. After VISA credited my acct I got a phone call from American Blinds saying that I never returned all the blinds(I have a UPS receipt) and that they were going to charge me again. I reported this to VISA. American Blinds cannot be trusted. Don't buy a thing from them. They do not tell the truth. |
