I purchased gumballs from candycrate.com, when received they were HARD AS A ROCK (Stale). I contacted customer service to request a replacement and was told by "Nicole" there was nothing they could do about it I would have to deal with it since I ordered them.
I asked for a manager and was told by the Operations manager "Randi" there was nothing Candycrate.com could do and recommend I speak with the manufacturer "Oak Leaf " to relieve any concern I have about the freshness.
If Candycrate.com will not stand behind the products they sell and go to the manufacturer on behalf of the end-user, NOBODY should buy ANYTHING from them.
DON'T GET RIPPED OFF: Go to a m a z o n . c o m, you can find 16Lbs of name brand gumballs for $35.

| I ordered an 80's box along with some cookies as a thank you gift. The 50's box was received and everything was stale. When I called, I was told that I would need to get proof that the wrong era box was sent. So, I was supposed to call the person I sent a gift to and ask them to take pictures??? Ridiculous!! Will not order from them again, or recommend them. |
