The tree is beautfiful but plan on spending hours unfolding the branches. Each tip must be meticulously unfolded separately. That's the GOOD part of this review.
When I placed my order I received no total cost, no opportunity to print an invoice and no confirmation my order had been received. The promised email confirmation never arrived. A rep finally replied to an online query confirming receipt of the order but that was all I ever heard from them until the order arrived.
Shipping was supposed to be about $75 but my credit card statement relects an amount indicating the shipping was $139 (35% of the cost of the tree!).
You can't talk to Christmas Depot personnel, only the order takers. If money is no object, you'll love the tree (except for the setup time). But expect to pay a premium for everything and zero customer service.
This has been, by far, my worst Internet shopping experience. |
