This is really a terrible website & company. You will never ever know whether the items added to the cart will be available. A damned restriction on 15 items only within an order. When items are more than 15, they told you you can simply fax, mail, or make a call to them to order. But when you actually do this, you will find everything changed. I faxed to EastBay and waited for 2 days in this recent order. Not a damned response was received. I directly wrote to their company, and they told me that they didn't receive it. As I was preparing to fax it again, a Customer Support sent me a mail and told me that I have 5 or so items unavailable so my order IS NOT PLACED! And guess what? He/she didn't gave me a list for the unavailable items. How could I possibly know what action to take if they didn't tell me what are unavailable? And I really can't believe that he/she just simply cancelled my order without prior notification. As they told me that there're TOO MANY ITEMS unavailable in my list, I checked their website and found ONLY 2 items disappeared from the website. What damned company is that? In the last purchase a couple of months ago, I even received a package that is missing things. After charging to my credit card, they can't find one cap when picking up my list, but they didn't give me a note and just shipped it. When I got the package, What I can see was only a cap missing from my package, without having any sorry note or anything like that to let me know the cap couldn't be found. It was I myself wrote a letter to ask what the hell was going on then I finally realized the little tiny "NF" handwriting on the invoice means "No Finds". Recent experiences contacting w/ Eastbay were really terrible. They have no specific person managing your business at once. When you got a reply and replied that question, you got another person to talk to.... To me, I really felt tired of contacting and explaining my situation repeatedly. I will never come to EastBay again.
