| I purchased a Koolatron fridge vending machine. The picture showed a small vending machine with a coin slot, and coin return slot. When I received the fridge it did not have that feature. When contacting them I was advised that the manufacturer did not make the product depicted in the picture. Even though my husband loves his little fridge, I was very disappointed because I was the purchaser, and I feel I was mislead by the picture. When purchasing on the internet we rely on pictures of the product we are interested in, and we trust in the company that they are shipping the product we believed to have purchased. They should not depict a product that is not available by the manufacturer. That is false advertising! They did offer to refund my money when they received the product back, but that isn't the point. Point is...I wanted the one in the picture! |
