| Terrible gift basket company! I experienced quite the ordeal with their customer service. My transaction was denied because my name on the credit card didn't match the name on the message card (which I was sending from my son) and the name on my email (which is my Chinese name) but who uses email names a basis of identity verification? They asked me to contact their customer service to verify information and I called from Japan (where I reside- it is expensive to call the states) and they told me that my transaction has been cancelled and I should take my business elsewhere. Why would they ask me to contact them if they had already cancelled my transaction and won't give me the opportunity to explain the details. They treated me like a criminal and to be honest, I felt racially discriminated against, because of my multinational background. I would not recommend this company to anyone who has even the remotest bit of an international background! |
