DON'T DO IT! After waiting over a month, daily phone calls, 3 shipments of RSVP cards with errors for a total of over 400 of the WRONG rsvp cards, to find out that when I finally was able to ship my inviations there wasn't enough envelopes for the RSVP cards and I had ordered extra. Dealing with Invitaions By Dawn is complicated with many false promises of follow up that never happened. Planning a wedding is stressful DO NOT use this company as it will only add to your stresses by 100%.
P.S. when I did recieve all the pieces of my order the color still did not match but it was to late as my guests only had 4 weeks to respond due to the numerous delays.
DON"T DO IT!!!

I ordered invitations from Invitations by Dawn on Dec. 29th. I HAVE STILL NOT SEEN MY ORDER!!! And, I paid for expedited shipping. No one emailed or called to say there was a delay due to items being out of stock. It took three LONG phone calls, with extensive holds, to find out that they were out of an item. Every time I call, I am told, "Oh, they are being boxed up today and shipped out!" If that's the case, I should have received them last week! They have not apologized, and they take two days to return an email. I am very disappointed with this company.
