| I have bought about 20 rings, two bracelets, a watch, several pendants, and pairs of earrings from Jewelry Television. There is no comparision in the variety, styles, and price between jewelry stores in my city and Jewelry Television! The best is available at Jewelry Television for prices far below retail. And they give you fair, honest, high quality service!! If you do not like the piece you receive, you can return it for your money back for 30 days! What a great deal!! |

| I'm slightly surprised of the good ratings this company receives. I shop here myself but 50% of my purchases are returned (gemstones, jewelry, all goods) due to poor craftmanship/poor quality. Stones are missing from jewelry when received or fall out later, clasps break, etc and I end up taking the piece to a jeweler to fix and pay a cost equal to the original amount. Gemstones are often poorly cut, unsymetrical and too often with "windows". I have ordered and returned many times before getting a good stone. This adds up in shipping costs, paperwork to manage to make sure I get credit and finance charges on the credit card in between the charge and credit. Sometimes I do wondef if it is worth it. |

| I have purchased several pieces of jewelry(rings,earings,necklesses,braclets)from jewelry television . I have also been purchasing jewelry for many years in jewelry stores. I know the value,also the going price of most pieces I've seen on jewelry television(especially precious gems) there is NO doubt in my mind ,Jewelry television is the place to shop for your jewelry,even if you have to watch,wait and maybe even call about a request,regardless, UNLESS YOU DON"T want the very best price ,Jewelry television IS the place to shop...... |
