| I called Kingsize Direct customer service on 12/23/2009, at approximately 4pm, for assistance with ordering some casual dress pants. The 1st rep hung up on me instead of admitting she could not answer my question, the 2nd rep transferred me to a 3rd person who placed me on hold for about five minutes. When he returned I asked the rep to help me find some cotton pants similar to classic Dockers. He stated that he couldn't help me and that I would have to find the correct pants by requesting a catalog. I was ready to place an order the same day. I did not plan to wait till after the catalog made it to my address about a week or so later. I also informed all three reps that i have placed orders in the past with this company without calling for assistance and i received something totally different from what I expected. I thought I could prevent the same mistake by calling for assistance but I guess I was wrong because the reps had no knowledge of their product and lacked the ability to assist me in placing an order. Finally the he gave me a non existing part number in order to get me off the phone. I entered the part number I was given but was unable to pull up the product. I'm very disappointed with this company and i will no longer do business with. I will also inform all my buddies that are frequent Kingsize shoppers of my experience and encourage them to think twice before shopping at Kingsize Direct. |
