| Their sales representatives are friendly, however, if you are in a hurry do not order from this company. It took me 2 1/2 weeks to receive my chandelier, then UPS had a problem delivering because they were given the incorrect street number Lighting Catalog. The rep at Lighting Catalog said it was UPS fault but this cannot be. They deliver based on what they are given by Lighting Catalog. So, I finally get my chandeliers last week. I ordered two. I peeked in one box and got around to opening the other a few days later. Someone had written on the inside flap of the box "broken globe" and there was no globe in the box. I called Lighting Catalog (yet again) and was told they would get back to me after checking to see if I needed to return the whole box with contents or if they would send another globe. Two days later I had to call back because I had not heard from them. The lady said she did not know why I was told that because they are sending another globe. Now, I guess I must wait another two weeks to receive the globe. This just has not been a good online shopping experience. |
