| Thank you, thank you. We have made some of the best lox we have ever had. We have been using the Lox Box now for the the last six years. We have now been using Wild Salmon only at this time. It produces a better product than the farm raised fish. We gave up on the farm raised fish period.
The larger pouches are better than the original smaller ones. We also are happy that we can control how much salt and sugar is used.
We have also given a few away as gifts and now our friends and family members are enjoying the best lox they have ever had as well.
