I order a XL sweater from Personal creations.com and They sent me a sweater that could have been sold as a Man's XXXL. When i call them about the sweater being to big for the size in the label. They gave me the option of reorder the same item at a 20% discount. They would not exchange the item because i had choosen this size of their web site and did not call the order in. Their explination was the clothes they offer are unisex but this was larger then a man or womens XL. In both their wed site and catalog there is no mention of their clothing be extra large for the sizes in the labs. I'm very unhappy with there service the day I call i could not talk to a manger because their was not one on duty. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back.
