| I order a XL sweater from Personal creations.com and They sent me a sweater that could have been sold as a Man's XXXL. When i call them about the sweater being to big for the size in the label. They gave me the option of reorder the same item at a 20% discount. They would not exchange the item because i had choosen this size of their web site and did not call the order in. Their explination was the clothes they offer are unisex but this was larger then a man or womens XL. In both their wed site and catalog there is no mention of their clothing be extra large for the sizes in the labs. I'm very unhappy with there service the day I call i could not talk to a manger because their was not one on duty. I'm still waiting for the manager to call me back. |

| I placed and order for an engraved bracelet on Novemver 28th thinking I had plenty of time to recieve it in time for Christmas. My order confirmation said that it would arrive on or before December 23rd. When the bracelet did not arrive on the 23rd, I called customer service and was told by the representative that "sometimes orders slip through the cracks" which basically meant they never processed my order. When I asked what could be done to get this resolved, he told me that he could refund me my shipping cost which totalled a whopping $11 and that he would have to create a new order which I would not recieve until January 20th. DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE! THEY HAVE ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE! |
