| I bought tickets to a NY Yankee game 1 week prior to the game through Stubhub. The next day Stubhub called me and said those tickets weren't available but other similar tickets were and they would send those free of shipping charge. I OK'd it and they said they would call later to confirm. I never heard from them. I called 2 days later to see what happened. They called the seller and said it "should" be fine but they would call later to confirm. No phone call. I called again and they said the tickets were not available but they would submit it to their "special" department who would call me within 30 minutes. No phone call again. I called them back and they pretty much said "too bad" but they would get back to me if anything turned up! This is the WORST ticket buying site I've ever dealt with!!! |
